I would give it no stars but that is not an option. I just moved to this area and was looking for a new place to get my hair cut that was local. Not knowing how their check-in systems work. I went in and hung my coat up and took a seat and waited to be helped. I sat there for over 15 minutes and no one offered to check me in or even say hi although many of the stylists came up to the front desk I believe I counted three of them. after none of them offered to help me I just left and went 3 doors down to great clips where I was helped right away. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SPORTS CLIPS AGAIN!! Not the way I was treated!!!
